Practice Survey saw a response rate of
14% of our membership base. The HRIA
appreciates the time and effort taken to
respond to this survey but I know we can
lift this response rate for 2016.
Please keep an eye out for the 2016 Best
Practice Survey and share the task with
your managers and staff. All responses are
kept confidential, so please do not hold
back in participating due to concerns
regarding confidentiality.

members to reference in the members
section of the HRIA website. Your
assistance in lifting the quantity and
quality of data this important survey
yields is greatly appreciated.
