HRIA OFFICE BEARERS FOR
2012/13
Nominations for President, Vice
President and Events President
closed on 13 July. There was only one
nomination for each position.
President – Mark Scarce Camden Hire
(thanks to Mark for taking on the
President’s position for another year.
Despite his already busy workload
Mark works tirelessly for the good of
this industry and members.)
Vice President – John Tolmie Kennards
Hire and Events President – Tom
O’Dowd No Fuss Solutions. Thanks Tom
for stepping into this role.
To complicate matters, John resigned
from the board a week after
nominating but the New MD of
Kennards Hire, Allen Besseling has
volunteered to step into the role in his
stead. Congratulations Allen.
The association offers many thanks
to John for his role as VP and his
invaluable input. The HRIA also thanks
Geoff Tucker who stood down as the
Events President; for his enthusiastic
input into this key position.
Aim Hire has a new branch
office and yard in Bendigo and
Phil Wilson has been appointed
as the Bendigo Branch Manager.
According to Ray Kelsey,
Managing Director at Aim Hire:

fencing, shipping containers,
portable shower units, footpath
crossings, temporary power
poles and rubbish cages. Aim
also caters for event hire with
portable toilets, toilet blocks,
change rooms, ticketing booths
and more.
With the addition of Bendigo,
Aim Hire goes for gold in Bendigo
Sullair Australia now
represents its diesel-powered,
high-pressure portable air
compressor range direct to the
market through its national
sales force and via specified
distribution partners.
This range of Sullair products
was formerly distributed by
Western Air. Existing customers
will be supported in the
aftermarket directly by Sullair
Australia through its national
network of branches and
service technicians.
