But Cool Breeze Rentals has earned a reputation for being calm in a crisis and always going above and beyond to meet their customer’s needs.

That’s why they were crowned Supplier of the Year at the HIRE21 Gold Coast conference.

“For all of us at Cool Breeze Rentals winning Supplier of the Year meant a lot to us in a number of ways,” Jeff Bernard, Director, Cool Breeze Rentals, said.

“It was an amazing achievement of which our whole team are proud. The boost in publicity and exposure was surprising.  We observed an increase in awareness with our direct suppliers, vendors, colleagues, family, and friends reaching out with genuine congratulations.   We are very thankful to our incredible CBR staff and customers.”

Cool Breeze Rentals commenced trading in 2001 supplying portable air conditioners for HVAC plant breakdowns. While this remains an integral part of our business, Cool Breeze Rentals has evolved into one of Australia and New Zealand’s premier portable heating and cooling suppliers to high profile, world class events.

Specialising in temporary cooling, heating and flood restoration, our carefully selected equipment can be found across a range of segments including construction, industry, aged and health care, data centres, telecommunication and education. Coupled with an extensive branch and agency network, Cool Breeze Rentals has the ability to quickly service projects across Australia and New Zealand.

“Service and care are paramount to us,” Bernard said.   “The many challenges that the pandemic has created emphasized this mantra within our team.  Our business was faced with reduced demand from the facility management industry with offices vacated and the decimation of the events industry, meant that these limited opportunities demanded our team to be highly reactive and fluid to engage and listen to the needs of our existing and new customers like never before.  We are proud to say that all our team met this huge challenge, learning many new skills along the way and opened up many new avenues for our business.”
