The Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA) is proud to be an Official Association Partner of Roads & Traffic AU 2026, taking place on 14 and 15 October at ICC Sydney.
Bringing together government, contractors, engineers, asset managers and infrastructure leaders from across Australia, the event focuses on the key issues shaping the future of the nation’s road networks, including safety, leadership and sustainability.
As part of the partnership, HRIA will have a presence at the event, highlighting the role the hire industry plays in supporting safe, efficient and cost-effective infrastructure delivery. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about HRIA’s Safe Loading & Unloading and Load Restraint training, which help improve safety outcomes for businesses transporting equipment and machinery.
The HRIA will also be promoting the benefits of hiring equipment rather than buying, including improved flexibility, access to the latest equipment, reduced maintenance and storage costs, and the ability to scale equipment needs to meet changing project demands.
For HRIA members working in this part of the industry, the event provides a valuable opportunity to connect directly with the people making decisions on road and infrastructure projects nationwide.
Last year’s event attracted more than 4,000 attendees, 120 exhibitors and 150 speakers, making it one of Australia’s leading road and transport infrastructure events.
We look forward to connecting with members and industry stakeholders at Roads & Traffic AU 2026.
