Coates Partners with Inauro to Automate Fleet Workflows
Coates has contracted Inauro to provide connected fleet, operations and rental management automation across its national network of branches. This capability will also be extended to Coates customers as part of Coates’ digital customer experience program, facilitating advanced utilisation data, fuel and ESG reporting and monitoring of key compliance requirements in a single interface.
Coates is deploying Inauro’s PerspioTM platform to aggregate data from all existing telemetry solutions and integrate this with business and operational tools, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and maintenance software, to enable new automated workflows to improve efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.

Coates’ investment in the PerspioTM platform follows a series of trials with customers in the construction and mining sector, demonstrating in a few short weeks the impact the platform has on the day-to-day operations surrounding the Coates assets.
