Brisbane-based Allroads Group Forced into Liquidation

The Queensland Supreme Court appointed insolvency firm SV Partners to liquidate Allroads Group after a failed deed of company arrangement by Allroads’ administrators, Cor Cordis in March.

SV Partners discovered over 720 unpaid creditors, amounting to nearly $25 million and a further $3.9 million in unpaid super and wages to their 145 staff.

Allroads had over $200 million in contract work underway throughout Queensland.

Administrators at Cor Cordis have written a creditors’ report outlining how both companies, Allroads pty ltd and Allroads Plant Hire (including Pink Plant Hire and Haulage), ended up owing $83million to almost 1,000 creditors.

Allroads was not a member of the Hire and Rental Industry Association.

Hire & Rental News has approached liquidators, SV Partners, for comment.
